Tucked away, this adorable A-frame chalet is right in the middle of it all! Just a couple turns off the main road (only gravel is our driveway), This gorgeous 2BR/ 2 bath (showers in both bathrooms) with a large loft area. Sleeps 8 comfortably! (7 adults)
Modern decor with all the comforts of home! Situated a few doors down from the Aspen center, with a private dock on a quiet cove on the most coveted lake in Innsbrook (the family lake), lake Aspen! Enjoy our kayaks & paddle boards to go fishing or just to cruise the lake!
*please note there is no dishwasher or washer & dryer (there is a laundry facility at the commons)
Lake Aspen has 5 public beaches and is the second largest lake in Innsbrook!
In the evening enjoy s’mores by the outdoor fire pit (with party lights) then come in and have a family game night.
Use our kitchen and the outdoor grill to prepare dinner (or just head over to the clubhouse to eat)
We have smart TV’s in the living room, guest room and upstairs bunk area and usb charging ports throughout.
See the innsbrook event lineup- every Saturday there’s a concert at the commons (other activities all the time) Come see what all the fuss is about- Innsbrook is a laid back, family friendly place… stay as busy as you’d like OR sit back and enjoy the R&R! We are located minutes from the clubhouse bar and grill, the market (with Starbucks) and the commons (pool with a lazy River, concessions and drinks) and the Aspen Center (that hosts various events through the year)
This property is owner managed. We have owned in Innsbrook for 5 years and have just recently started renting. We are top rated hosts on all platforms with our Florida rental properties and can’t wait to help you plan your Innsbrook vacation!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
